Now accepting new members 〰️

Are you a high school sophomore, junior, or senior concerned about relationships?

Are you anxious about grades, college, and the future?

Feeling kind of “blah” from time to time and not sure why or what to do?

You’re not alone.

What is TEEN-AGING?

TEEN-AGING is a therapy group for teens that helps them use their strengths and the support of their peers to work on issues relevant to them: relationship challenges; anxiety; depression; boredom; concerns about the future; and more.

How does it work?

The magic of TEEN-AGING is that it uses the “here-and-now” experience of group members to help them learn about themselves and make progress on their goals through better understanding their relationships with the other members. Discussions are collaboratively decided by the group to explore what really matters to them in a safe, accepting and non-judgmental environment.

Some of the main goals of TEEN-AGING include:

  • Improving relationships

  • Increasing capacities for making meaningful connections with others

  • Developing resilience

  • Identifying core values

  • Learning skills for self-care, effective communication and emotion regulation

Details

The group will meet weekly after school (to be scheduled) for a total of twelve sessions. Members have the option to reenroll at the end of each cycle.
